Living Free Society
A welfare organisation in Rawalpindi working to relieve poverty and help people in need live with dignity.
Who we are
Living Free Society is a welfare organisation based in Nazamabad, Pindora, Rawalpindi. We work to relieve poverty and to help people in need live with dignity, security and freedom from want.
Our mission
To relieve poverty and promote the welfare of people in need, helping individuals and families meet their essential needs and build independent, dignified lives.
Our vision
A society in which every person is free from poverty and able to live with dignity, security and hope.
Our work
Four programmes through which we support children and families in need.
School fees for children in need
We pay school fees for children from families who cannot afford them, so that no child has to leave school because of money.
Child care
We look after the wellbeing of children in vulnerable families, helping make sure they are safe, cared for and able to grow up healthy.
Education awareness
We spread awareness in the community about the value of education and encourage parents to enrol their children and keep them in school.
Monthly groceries for homes in need
Every month we provide groceries to households that cannot afford their basic food needs.
